Sir,
One question rise in mind phosphate hide-out depends on temperatures OR load increases. Because in our Boiler rated temperature is @520 deg

It is occur drum water temp which is near 300°C , when temp increase, temp also increase and that time , this phenomenon occured for certain time.

When the concentration of phosphate in the boiler water is too high, phosphate will react with boiler scale forming iron and iron sodium phosphates or precipitate to form a solid phase on the hot boiler tube surfaces and elsewhere.
