Not sure which beings you are referring to, but the elongated skulls they have found of Annunaki did have crimson red hair. Higher dimensional beings are kind of hard to see in this dimension so it's hard to tell for sure what they looked like. I met an Arcturian IRL when I was around 5 years old, although I remember being taken aboard craft earlier than that. They typically have pale blue/green skin, but all I could see was a white glow, they glow like a lightbulb, but I could see the gold hair and a halo around the head. Harmony was natural always back then when at least I did live in Egypt but in times of now it is harder to think clearer for the water is less pure, the air is less fresh, the food is less pure.
