Japan offered the most respect I’ve felt from all the places I’ve traveled. Japan also just so happens to be home of Nintendo, my all time favorite brand, so that alone was a big deal for me :)
We filmed this in August, which happens to be insanely hot and humid. And we averaged walking 30,000 steps a day, so we definitely got our workout in as well :)

I know my phone does 720p but because of my internet or my Data on my phone it goes to 480p and it still looks good

Actually till now no Mobile phone can Run 8k videos except the new Samsung S20 . Also TH-cam doesn't support above 1080p. But you can download the video in 8k,4k or 2k in WEBM format of this from third party apps if the video is actually uploaded with 8K quality

The trick is to get there when no one else is willing to wake up at 3:30 am, ha. Definitely not ideal but you got to fight your body for the shot.

Take the very first train to Arashiyama, you'll still meet a bunch of photographers, but will manage to get empty shots. Fushimi Inari I recommend after 4-5pm and go all the way to the top, most visit it during the day and more than half of them turn around not even reaching the middle. In the August ofc, you'll also get the best light for both scenarios. Beware of the wild monkeys at Fushimi.
@@devinsupertramp I was about to say, it's crazy to a lot of Americans (me included) but the sun doesn't shift time according to the seasons. The Japanese are a very dedicated people. Most of them are up at 5:00 AM while the sun is coming up. To most states, that'd look about like 6:00~6:30 AM. I knew during my study abroad, I'd be waking up around 6, local time and I thought I had slept in because the sun was bright enough for it to be like 9:00 AM MDT.
I mean....I'm gonna take a sucker punch at em, because of the stark contrast between the two and the videos of the two from Japan. He didn't pull a "Logan Paul." I'd dab, but I'd have to break my arms after I did.

A few tips for when you do. Japan does have a "foreigner" Shinkansen (bullet train) limited rail pass you can apply for before you go. It basically is a pre-paid pass for their bullet trains (most of their lines) for the time that you pay for. It'll help you get further than you probably intended to spend on.
Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima, and Nagoya are cities along a central Shinkansen line that are all major cities with tons to see. Take your time taking it all in.
Public transit is efficient there. Taxi's are pricey, but don't be afraid to use one in a pinch. Buses usually will all converge at a train station. Other than that, just look for deals on line for round trips. Have fun when you do go. It's a fascinating country with a lot of culture to take in, both historical and modern.

xxSodYumsxx Traveing doesn’t have to be expensive, there are so many affordable hotels and transportation is very convenient in Japan. I grew up very poor in the Jungle in the Philippines but I am now traveling the world. Think positive that you can do it.

What a great video to show the many different sides of Japan! 😍 Lots of other videos like this only show either side, just popculture or traditonal Japanese culture, or just anime and such! Nice edit! 👏✨ Local Tokyoter appreciates it^^ (although as one small remark to make it perfect: I’d have loved to see more shots of local non-touristy spots like regular restaurants, izakaya, residential areas, local parks etc! Would have rounded up the video and showed a more authentic Japan^^)
