And Toshi said that GT will get buffs throughout the year and the recent zenkai of ssj3 gt goku is hinting towards Ultra SSJ4 Gogeta.This will not only be a repeat of the 3rd anni but remember, last year we already had 3 ultras by this time but this year we only have 2. And legends has never lowered the rate at which they release characters. That means we are currently behind last year's release schedule of Ultras by 1. Which further solidifies my theory. What do you think? 🤔
