this guy has an mk, and a morphling. And he wants to get rapier! Look at his team. all he has for disables is phoenix's egg, and aa's unreliable stun. Otherwise it's mostly slows. He needs to build disables and auras, and play like a pos3 after then 15~ minute mark where morphling should get his items along with mk hitting the aghs+another item timing. Other than the sf, his team can't catch anyone on dire properly otherwise.
