Is the water in the bath treated much like a swimming pool would with chlorine? There has to be some health concern and not just jizz baths, things like bacteria, urine, feces, etc. I avoid hot tubs other than my own, so maybe I'm paranoid. Well for onsen (Japanese hot springs) it uses natural water from the hotsprings, so I don't imagine it is treated as the water kind of smells. At the sento, they are a lot like hot tubs and use regular water. So I think the water there is treated. I am not 100% sure though. If he was washing himself, he was really into it and was doing a thorough and deep cleaning!
