I noticed I am uncapable of doing the first one, because I simply do not remember how I felt last year. This is why I have decided to write an email to myself to be sent on my next birthday with impressions of today, my goals and hopes for the year to come. My birthday is in a few days and this week has been the worst I've faced in a while. I've been going back and forth between booking an airbnb near Big Bear and this helped convince me. Gonna book that, rewatch this, and journal the day of.
