Likely not, since yellow doesn’t have good coverage power and it’ll mix with the blue and be green. You could paint the background, then block it out with white then add a layer or two of yellow, alternatively. Creating the beehive shape with its main yellow color and filling it in right away saves a step.

@@MsKitty-tq8ii yes, yellow is fairly transparent, so it will look green without multiple coats if there is blue behind it. You can test it out to see what I mean. Doable multiple ways but yellow is notoriously transparent, even with added white, which is also why you see me add white to yellow almost always, makes it more opaque. Blue is a strong pigment.
