if the rice is in DRY stage, you can grind. if wet rice, we cannot dry it.

Hello I can't unscrew the grinder blades. how do we do? I have the tool to do it but it is necessary to block the blades to be able to unscrew and I cannot do it. thank you for helping me!
you need to hold the bottom base with a screw driver first which will help lock the base , while you use the tool to unscrew the blades. try it this way.

Sir but without washing the drum after grinding chilly ,that smell and karam will come if we grind some other items right . Or can we just wash with little water and let it dry ?
You can wet wipe with a wet cloth and let it dry for the next use. But not completely emerge in water and wash.
