Thank you so much! You were the only video that had the info we needed to figure everything out! We have a 1967 Ford 2000 8 speed with an L.C.G. chassis. Thank you so much 🙌🏻
Hello Dennis, thank for the videos on your tractor. I just bought a ford 2000 built in august 22 1966 and its only got 1288 hrs. on it..it does need work but overall its in great shape, maybe its the brother to your tractor!!
Hi, I've searched all over to try to decipher the year on my old Ford 2000. It is diesel (sitting I don't remember if it is 3 cylinder or 4). It only has two numbers sta. mped on the transmission: 4F05B and C429525. Can any one help with this? Thanks
Do you know if that is the only place that has these codes? I just got it at a auction. The tractor has been painted, so shows no trace at all of having any numbers on it on the right side. Do you know if there is any other place these numbers are? All I really care about is the production year. My starter is on the left side. The lift pump is on the right side
I have an old ford tractor, construction yellow. It has a 6 speed trans with high low so 12 spuds, and 4 reverse. How do I find the serial number and/or the model number.
@@idaman71044 Easy to work on too. Looks like mine is a 68 from your little tutorial. I was dreading dealing with it, and it is getting expensive, but for some crazy reason I'm actually enjoying getting it back into shape.
