You can use RunwayML for this. This AI generates short 4-second videos, but with the new Extend feature, you can even increase the video length to 2 minutes.

USELESS ! look we need a program / AI that can fill in the gap between two frames / paintings to create a cartoon animation . For example I am doing a car flipping in the air , I made the first frame the car catching air and make the last frame which is the car upside down on air ...now I need a program that can show the animation in between.
That's an interesting idea. I haven't seen an AI with that capability yet, but I hope that in the near future we'll either have a standalone AI for this concept or this feature gets added as an option to existing and current AI 😊
Size alone is not the only factor. An image should have very good quality in addition to size. For example, it's possible for an image to even be 4K but have unacceptable quality. So pay more attention to both the quality of images and their size, and test them again. I hope this helps resolve your issue. 😊
Unfortunately I don't have any specific information about the Mitu app. However, the process I demonstrated in this tutorial for video editing is generally the same across all video editing software and apps. The steps I showed using Adobe Premiere Pro can be applied to your preferred video app, whether that's Mitu or another popular mobile option like Capcut.😊💖🌺

Ai and machines in other words a bunch of companies take world resources and throw bread crumbs to their subjects and we know how this usually goes , and in best case scenario if people around the world are living comfortably they won't have much to.do and end up criminals and drug addicts ,I pray to God I'm wrong
Please focus on the prompt and ensure there are no terms related to slow motion. Clearly and in detail, type the movements you'd like the AI to generate. This helps the AI better understand your needs.
You raised an important point. With Haipper's free basic plan, it adds a watermark to all videos by default which cannot be removed. However, in the process I described, it is possible to remove the logo only when taking screenshot, so that the screenshot logo does not overlap with the video logo. During the screenshotting phase, you can remove the logo in Photoshop using the Content Aware Fill tool, so that there are not 2 logos overlapping. But the original Haipper videos will still have its logo.
The 8 second clip was just an example. As I mentioned in the tutorial, you can repeat the technique I showed to generate much longer videos with this AI. It's clear you didn't pay close attention. As I demonstrated in the tutorial, the videos I've created with this AI come out very realistic and good quality, contrary to what you said. Being able to effectively use an AI to produce good videos does take some effort and practice.

I recommend watching the tutorial step by step. Repeat the technique shown in the tutorial multiple times to create longer videos.

Do you know why my videos come out blurry? I make sure to use HD images and neg prompts but all my image to videos are blurry at some point

That's the trick. Keep on doing it. Not hard is it. I made a 20 minute video that was perfect. Life isn't hard, when you can think.
