I suggest using the videos to learn then try out an exam paper to practice. I have exam paper data files that you can use. What grade are you in?

How to define length of text or number field to be exactly 5 characters? Not more, not less.

I would use an input mask. You can use 00000 for 5 compulsory digits or LLLLL for 5 compulsory characters.

Hi thanks for the great videos. I am trying to do a combo box for a yes/no field but can't seem to get the yes no options in my combo box, Please Help. I can only type them in

In Design View, click on the Yes No Field. Then click on the Lookup tab (Next to General). Change Display Control to Combo Box. New options appear. Change the Row Source Type to Value List and then Enter the following into the Row Source: "Yes" ; "No"
