Okay I'm giving you a selection of 3 powers: immortality(with healing factor), super strength or super intelligence. which would you pick, the intelligence guy can't hurt you but he wouldn't really care he'll be too busy enjoying all the money he'd make from his inventions, while you'll be stuck somewhere, getting tortured by the guy with super strength, cuz even if he can't kill you, he can hurt you for a very long time, hell even normal people can do that if they just capture you instead of trying to kill you
No so the way it works is that he is notified he will be receiving -50 stat points but before he has anything applied to the stats the inversion just swaps the mathematical sign and it becomes +50 (basically the negative stats never end up getting applied)
that ring is a curse for him too. he becomes stronger every time he dies but now he fully heals every 5 seconds. how will he be able to die to become stronger? sooner or later, he will be too powerful to be killed in less than 5 seconds.

bro his stats go up since its stats from monster and when he dies it didnt subract from the stat it was like a debuff eo inversion made debuff in a buff so his debufs are diffrent from his stats
