Wally Life February 2025

Wally Ice Fest 2025 had tons of ice this year and featured a pond hockey tournament between 48 teams over the two days of the event. In addition to pond hockey, there were two stages featuring bands, food, and drinks throughout the grounds. But the weekend wasn't only about hockey, Wally Ice fest has grown into an important community event. With a bunch of other activities like curling, ice skating, and other activities, it was a great chance for people to get out and enjoy the great outdoors in the middle of winter.
Get your running shoes out of storage and start training! The 2025 Two River's Marathon Race Festival is coming up on March 29th and 30th. The race in the Northern Poconos is a an official Boston Qualifier and a great way to get an early start on the running season. Run along rivers and race eagles throughout the course and enjoy historical Lackawaxen.
Last year was the first annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Milford Pennsylvania. It surpassed all expectations and was one of the best new events of 2024! This year's parade will be held on Sunday March 16th, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Get your green ready and don't be late, the streets will be overflowing with spectators!
If you are looking for something a little quieter and relaxing, book an eagle watching tour or pick-up a self guided map to watch for eagles. During this time of year, eagles migrate to the Upper Delaware River to fish in the river's open waters, particularly the confluence of the Lackawaxen River and the Delaware River.
