Thank you Destiny for your thoughts and prayers concerning the damages from Hurricane Helene. I wasn’t directly affected other than wind and lots of rain. We live high enough up from the river to not have damages from the flooding. Our neighbors less than a mile from us, I can’t say the same for them. There is heavy damage in certain areas of our county. We live in Greeneville, just over the Asheville Hwy bridge that was closed due to concerns of the dam breaking. Thank the Good Lord, it didn’t. The flooding sure did do a lot of damage though. There are several bridges that have to be replaced. One major bridge on the 107 Hwy, collapsed, so the Asheville Hwy is bottle necked and bumper to bumper because the bridges between the collapsed bridge and the Asheville Hwy bridge where I live are closed and have to be replaced or repaired. It’s crazy. One of my friends brother is still missing. They found his boat and his dog,who was deceased, but haven’t found him yet. He was helping to rescue someone and his boat capsized when the water was so wild. So sad. I can say that our county and surrounding counties have been awesome with getting and supplying necessary supplies. We are without water because the filtration plant was more or less destroyed. We aren’t used to this kind of weather occurrences, not to this extreme. But, we will recover and survive. It will just take time.
@@maryarwood8942 I am happy to hear you are ok. I am sorry to know about the devastation so close to you. I don’t live too far away from there. My children’s pediatrician is in Newport. I’ll continue praying for you all and all those affected by this event!! Sending hugs as well! Thank you for taking the time to watch in the midst of it all❤️
@@retrobydestiny1030 thank you Destiny. Newport got hit hard too, as you know, Erwin, North Carolina, it’s really bad. I’m sure you’ve seen some of the footage on tv. It will take years to get things fixed up. I keep praying for the families that lost loved ones, and there are several missing and or un accounted for from the areas around here that were hit.
I ordered during the sale too and got an aerie/American Eagle accessories box but don’t think it was a great buy lots of duplicates and low retail priced items 😬 we shall see…
@@Thereadingnook oh no!! Hopefully you don’t lose money! With those two pairs sold I’m hopeful I will at least make a profit but only time will tell! Thanks for watching! Best of luck with your box!
Some pretty great pairs and yay for sales!! Can’t wait to see your 200 pounds! I just got another kids box and it was great.
@@AmandaPruitt that makes me hopeful!! Especially since it isn’t coming from AZ! Haha I’m taking the two black pairs to be repaired today!
