It depends in the core size !
And you need a metre which can calculate the inductance. And if you can manage the core and want to make a inductor then there are lots of apps available on Google play store "search inductor calculator" get an app and then insert your ferit core parameters and it will calculate the turns for you . Making a accurate indactor at home is a Hassel without proper tools! I will recommend to collect the inductor from a old damaged electric circuit. You can find this type of indactor in SMPS Power Supplys. Can be found in laptop charger or 12v adapters etc. Soon I will make a detailed video based on your Question and also update is basic circuit!
