    I didn’t know this diagnosis existed because this is how I feel. I was told by a doctor I had depression, but I didn’t feel that diagnosis was fitting. I don’t feel depressed but your symptoms and how you’ve explained this is exactly how I feel. Thanks for this x

    Thank you for sharing this. More people need to talk about how much this literally affects every aspect of your life if you struggle with this. I feel like people don’t understand me because I don’t know anyone personally who has this too

    Thank you for going in depth with this, it's tough to talk about and feel understood. I experience similar symptoms, 3 out of the 4 weeks of my cycle I am a different person too, I really relate to everything you have talked about, I am currently on peptide therapy which has helped my recovery so much, I couldn't train before without having to rest for a week! Just started hrt, and this has made me feel back to my normal strength too! This is inspiring 🙌

    This illness has destroyed my relationships I have no doctor that gets me this PMMD is terrible I also got ENDOMETRIOSIS I’m always in pain
