Choi Sun Bae, one of Korea's foremost free jazz pioneers has been active in the experimental scene for over 50 years and during that period has been collaborating in both free jazz as well as improvising traditional Korean musician circles. In this Sequence, he is paired with Woonjung Sim, a Korean Jang-gu and percussion player, who has carved out a space for herself as one of the prominent traditional Korean improvisors both here and abroad.
