💬Explanation of all estimated sizes:
➡️NYAN [220cm]
Taller than a general human, but still a bit smaller than Crablante and Lord Boros.
➡️GUMS [300cm]
His size is quite incosistent in the manga. His height varies between 2 and 5m. It has to be mentioned that he is able to get more massive if he devoured someone/something.
➡️BLACK SP. [400cm and 600cm]
His size in his different forms is based on his visual apperance with the S-Class Hero ATOMIC SAMURAI (177cm).
➡️LORD GREAT SHARK [600cm]
In manga and in the anime intro of season 2 are the only two moments he can be seen clearly. His mouth is big enough to eat a whole human body in one piece. So 600cm is an estimated minimum of his size.
➡️GYORO GYORO [650cm + tentacles]
Her size is the most incosistent one in the whole manga. There are scene Gyoro being tall like a human and there are scenes Gyoro looks like a massive monster. My estimation based on the moment when Garou meets Gyoro for the first time at the Monster Association. But every form of her looks like tiny standing at the side of Orochi.
➡️GOUKETSU [900cm + hair]
His estimated height is estimated by comparing his size with Saitama and Suiryu. His heads size is nearly identical to Suiryu body (180cm). His head (without hair) fits around 5 times in his body.
➡️OVERGROWN ROVER [1100cm + ears]
Estimated by comparing with Garou.
➡️KING OROCHI [5000cm]
Orochi's inofficial height is 27m, but a large part of the OPM community have the same opinion that this height does not fit Orochi's actually size. Even his head is at least 5m.
➡️ELDER CENTIPEDE
There is no picture you can see Elder Centipede's full body. So his lenght is unknown, but can be estimated with a couple of kilometers.HIs initial width with three faces if officially indicated with 15m. So I think that he gets +5m width with every single new face.
➡️ANCIENT KING [9000m]
His head is around 10 times taller than Tatsumaki (137cm). So his head has approximately a size of 13m. His head approximately fits 7 times in his own body. So this will be a est. height between 85m and 95m.
➡️MARUGORI [50000cm]
His inofficial height is 270m. But neither in anime nor in manga this data does not do him justice. So I just based his actual size with the information of Murata saying that he is ten times bigger than Orochi.

What do you mean with 2-3 heads taller than Boros? Melzagard's head in anime is even bigger than Bang.
A few frames before Saitama hits Groribas, you can see Saitama rushing at his head area and is just a little bit bigger than Groribas' head.
The only one I can agree with you is Geryuganshoop. In a scene WITH Boros he looks like 3 to 4m tall, but anime is so incosistent. In manga you can see that Geryuganshoop is MUCH bigger than Saitama.
So, can you please give me your sources/references why you think Melzagards/Groribas' OFFCIAL heights doesn't fit with the anime?

Also the separate head fighting Metal bat, his weapon is bigger than that head
When Melzergard attackted Atomic Samurais student (Ivan or something like that), his hands were only a little bigger than that students head
When that naked prisoner whos name i always forget was punching him, the size of his fists and melzargards heads aswell, the difference there wasn't that of and 12m creature
And basically every other scene with Melzargard in close range
There were some shots where they were far away from each other and their size looked different
With 12m of height his hand or head alone would be larger than any human, which wasn't the case most of the time
I will agree on "inconsistency" part
There were like 2 shots where he looked big and all others where he looks not "that" big

I love how in Boros's team smaller they get, Stronger they become.
Some of these sizes are obviously not accurate in the anime.
Shaolin Schlag the animation style often scales the height to make characters more imposing and threatening in certain scenes to show their “power.” It’s a stylistic choice

yeah he's clearly smaller in human form. But melzagard can (i think) change his primal form for a bigger form. Still in the anime (and the manga) i agree with you, he's not taller than gouketsu.

Goketsu looked way bigger to me. Wasn't he taller than Bakuzan and Suiriyu's head was about as big as his toe
Gouketsus size is extemely inconsistent. At some panels he looks like 15 m talls and in others Suryu is around his waist (3 meters) The most accurate panel is the one when he enters the dojo, a normal human is around his knee, wich means he is between 6-8 meters tall.
Gouketsu easily at 15 meters or more, with saitama on his arm, he's much taller than Melzalgald

Yes, taller than Canagae Kabuto in his STANDARD mode. Don't take the anime serious, because it's very incosistent with the character's size.
