Even local trains are made of stainless steel, many local trains fully A.C., local railway stations are having conveyors, lifts, sitting arrangements benches all made of stainless steel, house keeping have been improved a lot, displays, train time announcements are very improved, slipping pods, high quality waiting rooms etc.

Secondly Mumbai (Bomaby) is changing so fast that if you visited last year you wont be able to recognise the roads, lanes, buildings this year. In last 10 years total landscape of Mumbai has been changed.

Juhu is only in one. I think you mean chowpaty. There are several chowpaties in Mumbai because beaches are called chowpaty in Marathi. There are two famous chowpaties in Mumbai. One is Juhu chowpaty, which is near Vile Parle and the other one is near Marine Drives, which is bigger and more popular.
This video was randomly recommended to me.This guy is so simple. Also, I felt bad that host made him travel by local buses and trains. Kinda unsuited for tourists who are short on time. Normally in India, we take the guest around. Anyways.... He is quite polite, otherwise, you see a stark difference between rich and poor in Bombay, suffocatingly crowded. But yes, people are extremely active, rather hyper active. You will never find any laid back person there. Also, everybody will find some or other job in any field, to make a living by honest means , hence the crowd. That is my experience of Bombay too.
There are More than 200 skyscrapers and 4,000 high-rise buildings. Karachi has less than 50 tall buildings. That itself shows no comparison , forget about other parameters
