Got my YataoPan D Kurd two weeks ago or so and I am in love with it! Wonderful pro sound for 1k€! And with extra care in the box … oil, Yatao T-shirt and albums ! Thanks Malte and Alex for your dedication to this instrument, and for making us so peaceful with your composition!

I received mine about 2 months ago after waiting several months. When it first arrived it sounded great, but in the time that I have had it first one note then a second have gone out of tune. I sent them and email regarding this problem and as of now have gotten no response from them. I guess I should have purchased one from closer to home. It is very frustrating trying to play one with 2 dead notes. I guess this one will get put away and I'll look into purchasing one from someone else.

Ich habe diese Handpan und liebe Sie, natürlich ist sie mit einer Ayasa nicht zu vergleichen, kostet aber auch nur die Hälfte. Ich Kann sie echt empfehlen! Ich muss nur noch lernen wie Malte zu spielen, dann ist es perfekt. Viele liebe Grüße an Malte
klingt sie dennoch gut, oder eher vergleichbar mit budgetpans wie zb sela? will die mir auch kaufen, aber dass sie in china hergestellt wird macht mich etwas unsicher. LG
@@datamis Malte spielt sie doch in diesem Video und in einem Weiteren und genau so klingt sie auch. Eine Billigpan aus China würde ich auch nicht wollen, aber erstens ist Diese keine Billigware und zweitens denke ich nicht das Malte und Alex doch sicher nicht mit ihrem Namen eine Schrottpan herstellen lassen. Im Übrigen habe ich noch eine Ugur, auch China und die ist 4 Jahre alt und perfekt in Tune und klingt perfekt. Man muss immer auch beachten, wie setzt man die Pan ein. Wenn man nicht spielen kann ändert auch eine teure Handpan nichts daran. LG

Since I made this post they did contact me about the issue (but it took some time) and asked me for an audio file of the pan. I did this and after another extensive wait they contacted me that they would be sending me a call tag to sent it back to them to get it fixed. Again after waiting for several weeks they finally offered me a full refund which I accepted. They then said that as soon as they had the shipping figured out they would send me a call tag to return it. It has now been 3 months and I still have not received the call tag with it boxed up in my front room. I have emailed them twice over these last three months an have received not response. At this point I don't know if they want the pan back or not. Sent another email yesterday.
Have you ever had the pleasure to play a handpan? There are no words to describe the feeling... Its the melodic gateway to our emotions and souls... I hope you are able to acquire this exact handpan.... This specific scale is easy to play...
