Here are some tips. 1. Attacking seems to be faster if you do it right. 2. At 2:24, it's easier to just be right up against the wall instead of trying to go through the eggshells. They will narrowly miss you. 3. With the last attack where you need to destroy a snail-looking thing, I find it's best to hold up all the time and press Z repeatedly when you're in the column of platforms moving down. To get up into that column at the start, time a jump well and then press Z at the right time.
