I adore Mozart for the incredible ability to be epic and happy and so sad and vulnerable, while also being incredibly catchy and easy to remember but being also very interesting and complex
I suppose if you want to listen to musical mathematics Mozart's the boy. I prefer passion. Beethoven, and of course the ultimate Tchaikovsky, no one can compose music better than a Russian.
Chopin didn't love it. On his death bed friends played the piano near the bed. They tried playing Chopin, and he said: "Not that, give me real music, give me Mozart".
Chopin's music really touches the human soul because he suffered in life, and in his suffering he wrote music of passion and angst. Unlike Mozart who had opulence handed to him on a plate, and was probably poisoned by a jealous husband.
You should put on your bucket list visiting his house where he was born in Zelazowa Wola, Poland. I went there as a kid back in the 1980s. That's something that you will never forget :).

В целом, согласна, хотя для меня перед ним на первом месте Чайковский. Ну, они почти одинаково мне нравятся... А вообще есть много прекрасных мелодий и у других композиторов. Тот же Бетховен, например.
@@johnjames6620 Nah. It's Bach. He has over 1000 recorded works that survived and estimates are that is only about 10% of his total output. Everyone else stands in his shadow.
It's incredible how recognisable some composers are just by listening to the tempo and the tone of their compositions. Mozart is lighthearted and refined, Liszt is a fast passing composer, a vituoso that will strain any normal pianist, Beethoven is a bit more serious and down to Earth, Chopin is more cynical, but romantic and he usually plays around with the black keys, giving an etherial tone to his music.
The first piece is iconic if you dont know it or have never sung it I highly encourage you too. Its just got this feeling that makes me want to have joy and happiness
There are some pieces in this list that people that don't listen to classical music definitely don't know. There are also pieces everyone knows that definitely have to find their way in this list.
Es una excelente selección, de los más grandes compositores de la música clásica, estas bellas Melodías se deberían difundir con más frecuencia. Gracias por compartir la bella música.
Hey guys: please use the correct English abbreviations. There is no 21th; 22th; 23th - it is 21st (last two letters of "twenty-first"); 22nd (last two letters of "twenty-second"); and 23rd (last two letters of "twenty-third"). That's how those abbreviations work.
I finds all music on this list as masterpieces. My number one is Johann Strauss II - The Blue Danube Waltz. This have everything i think, and i love it alot
I read once the only reason why cartoons introduced a whole generation to classical music was because they were too cheap to pay for music and classical was too old for royalties. they used the free music and made it work.
There are two videos with 83mln views, one is the André Rieu performance in Wien and one has the still thumbnail. To this I would mention the fact that because of TH-cam Kids lullaby has several Billion views. I don't know what sort of videos the author chose to make this ranking, or how he managed to find this list. In my opinion he searched for all famous classical pieces one by one to check the views, but I really don't know. Edit: for example the 83mln "O mio babbino caro" is a performance including André Rieu what a coincidence
Beethoven's 7th is my favorite piece of music, but my love for Bach runs deep and Mozart blows my mind. Did you add every video on the internet? If not the data maybe dubious. There are many videos of Air on a G String, a real lot in fact. As I write this just one has 80 million views and another has 10 million views and so on.
They are all fantastic pieces of music . But let’s not forget that musical tastes are a personal thing and if you asked the same question every year for a hundred years you’d get a different answer. Just enjoy the music. 🙏🙏
I expected to be Eine Kleine Nachtmusic in the top 3 and Beethoven's 5th on nr 1. Where is Wagner Here comes the Bride? Where is Rachmaninov All by myself?
From a quick amount of searching, it seems they used the view count of the TH-cam video with the most views, excluding ones that are most certainly not the original I am definitely noticing some inconsistencies, as Moonlight Sonata has over 200m views
There are actually some inconsistencies in the list, because for example Full Moonlight sonata, as reported by the previous comment, has over 200mln views, and Shostakovich's Waltz no2 is missing, but if you have never heard Nessun Dorma before is just an important lack of knowledge, because it is very famous and it appears also in several film soundtracks. I'm pretty sure the version with so many views is sung by the tenor Luciano Pavarotti and could be a little bit biased towards the Italian people, but I didn't check.
@@pfizerpflanze Yes, indeed. I have almost no interest in opera and 20th century music, much less in 20th century opera, so by the time I wrote that comment I did not know that piece. I do not think, however, that something such as an "important lack of knowledge" exists in regards to music and arts, a theme that is always very subjective. Everyone has their own objective in mind when it comes to music. I, for instance, wish to deepen myself in the world of romantic orchestra and, far more strongly, piano music; as such, knowledge of 20th century opera (although romantic) is not something I need really, especially since Italian music rarely pleases me enough.

Me too. One of my favorite pieces.
Do you guys know Merry go round of life? You should listen to it🤩
the evil within, dandys worldm that one countrys emergence alarm
YES ! And my favorite: 'Etude nr. 3 in E-dur' (Chopin)
Expected: Eine Kline, LvB 5th, Vivaldi's Spring, but can't argue too strongly with these.
The music that God put on our hearts is just beautiful. No words needed just the simple resonance of one note against another.
Sublime
Thank you, this was time well spent.

I love how you just gave up haha
I don’t even have that much interest in classical music. But I knew every one of these!
Bach is number One…He will always be…!!!
Yes 👍🏻
В целом, согласна, хотя для меня перед ним на первом месте Чайковский. Ну, они почти одинаково мне нравятся... А вообще есть много прекрасных мелодий и у других композиторов. Тот же Бетховен, например.
Mozart in my view and then Beethoven
@@johnjames6620 Nah. It's Bach. He has over 1000 recorded works that survived and estimates are that is only about 10% of his total output. Everyone else stands in his shadow.
Uh no
It's incredible how recognisable some composers are just by listening to the tempo and the tone of their compositions.
No Brahms' " Hungarian Dance #5 " ?
Just enjoy this marvelous melodies.
Surprised that people don't like Tchaikovsky more with his First Piano Concerto, 1812 Overture and Sixth Symphony, not to mention all his ballets.
Its the most famous, not the better pieces.
The first piece is iconic if you dont know it or have never sung it I highly encourage you too. Its just got this feeling that makes me want to have joy and happiness
It could have done with a full orchestra and it wasn't the only one.
@@fredkelly6953😂😊
There are some pieces in this list that people that don't listen to classical music definitely don't know. There are also pieces everyone knows that definitely have to find their way in this list.
Es una excelente selección, de los más grandes compositores de la música clásica, estas bellas Melodías se deberían difundir con más frecuencia.
Gracias por compartir la bella música.
I really like these kinda videos it shows a lot on piano songs
Except some were not created for piano
One of the very best videos I have ever seen, no matter what subject. Absolutely great.
Ode to Joy will always be my #1.
My music teacher used to play classical music during lessons so know a lot of these tunes from back then over50 years ago.
Haha yeah, i didn't even notice that 😄
Thank you for the correction.
As if there's nothing more important to worry about...
Thank you for the dates and pictures of each composer. Very helpful for a novice classical loving person
I finds all music on this list as masterpieces. My number one is Johann Strauss II - The Blue Danube Waltz. This have everything i think, and i love it alot
Johann Strauss music is just as bad for mental health as sugar for body's.
Johann Strauss music is just as bad for mental health as sugar for body's.
Johann Strauss music is just as bad for mental health as sugar for body's.
The Blue Danube is. My favorite.😊💖😊
20th and 9th place are so beautiful, words fail me.
My favrites:
24th, 18th, 11th, 9th, 5th and of course 1st (Chopin ❤)
Although, in my opinion, the most beautiful piece of music was Mozart's Symphony No. 40, which should have taken the first place in this list.
1)Joaquín Rodrigo Vidre-Concierto de Aranjuez 2)Mozart - Rondo Alla Turca (Türk Marşı) 3)Mozart'ın 40. Senfonisi (birinci bölüm) 4)Rimsky-Korsakov: Şehrazat
When you are a classical musician and know every piece on this list 💪🏻
When you know most of them from growing up watching old cartoons.
When you know them beacuse are the most famous 🗿
I read once the only reason why cartoons introduced a whole generation to classical music was because they were too cheap to pay for music and classical was too old for royalties. they used the free music and made it work.
Also Chuck Jones loved classical music
When you are Austrian and realise that more than half of the pieces were written by composers who had strong connections to your country...
I think Frederic Chopin - marche funebre "Funeral March" is very "popular", but maybe in a different kind of way.
Lol
Where is Dvorak's New World Symphony?
Ностальгия. Преклонение перед конструкторами лучших чувств.
И сколько ещё не раскрыто.
Господи, сколько же ты сотворил чудес
I was waiting for Chopin to appear and finally
me too
How many of these were people introduced to via cartoons?
Yes, bugs bunny
Very true, especially, in Looney Tunes
Tom and jerry
Almost all.
To be honest..it really ruined my appreciation of romantic music. It’s almost a crime they did that..just my opinion.
Nice selection any of these masterpieces can be Numero Uno
3:45 MAGNIFIC 🤫
Vivaldi is the best👍
Este fue el primer video que vi de Piano Music bros❤❤❤❤
1st should be twinkle twinkle little star by Mozart
I agree!
Beautiful soothing music. I love it. I can listen to it and watch the videos over and over
Thank you
❤❤❤❤
You did the Hungarian Rhapsody No.2 dirty by not using the friska part. But all in all, all 25 pieces are astounding!
friska part sounds best
Lizsts Hungarian Rhapsody is wonderful. La Campanella is is favourite as well. They are all wonderful.
Masterwork.....Thank you.
I love Lacrimosa.
Surprised to not to see the Toccata E fugue in D minor by Bach.
Пианино для этой великой вещи очень мало...
What beautiful memories you gave us all. ❤
Who can believe that Tchaikovsky’s Swan lake or Nutcracker are not in the list? Neither Prokofiev’s Romeo & Juliet.
Может и хорошо, что в таком исполнении их нет.
Also Dmitri Shostakovich Waltz no. 2, over 90 million of views on youtube
Thank you so much! Great selection! All of them are wonderfull.
Shostakovich waltz 2 should be around 13 in that ranking though
There are two videos with 83mln views, one is the André Rieu performance in Wien and one has the still thumbnail.
To this I would mention the fact that because of TH-cam Kids lullaby has several Billion views. I don't know what sort of videos the author chose to make this ranking, or how he managed to find this list. In my opinion he searched for all famous classical pieces one by one to check the views, but I really don't know.
Edit: for example the 83mln "O mio babbino caro" is a performance including André Rieu what a coincidence
The "ranking" is based on number of views.
excellent selection well done
UNDERATED🔥🔥
Just listening to these masterpieces makes I forget about the trouble and annoyances of this transient world
A bit surprising that no part of Grieg's _Peer Gynt_ ever made it into this list.
I love that Chopin is first. The amazing polish artist. I'm proud of him because I'm a Pole.
me too
Hapoy to see Chopin in the 1º position among masterpieces.
Chopin’s style I cannot seem to enjoy. I’m not surprised he’s number 1 though.
They are all fantastic pieces of music . But let’s not forget that musical tastes are a personal thing and if you asked the same question every year for a hundred years you’d get a different answer. Just enjoy the music. 🙏🙏
There is no way Eine kleine Nachtmusik by Mozart isnt in the top 25
That's what I'm wondering too, rating the popularity just based on views on TH-cam isn't fair. That one was very popular, werid to be not on the list.
No. 1 in my book
and J.S. Bach - Toccata and Fugue in D minor BWV 565 too
@@pericoloso1273it's probably in a top 30, because it has 53 mln views and for sure is more popular than others
I expected to be Eine Kleine Nachtmusic in the top 3 and Beethoven's 5th on nr 1.
Where is Wagner Here comes the Bride?
Where is Rachmaninov All by myself?
Pachelbels Canon in D is absolutely beautiful!!! These men all had such an amazing talent
Saya sangat senang mendengarkan musik klasik. Terima kasih.
Xixi ada orang indo
Much thanks! Danke schön!
Frederic Chopin this is Polish compositor, POLSKA GÓROM 🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱
Great job!
Didn’t know Mozart made such huge bangers
I know all and when i hear it i cry because its old memories 😭
Can someone confirm whether this is right? I never heard the 2nd place before, but hear the 20th billions of times...
Ya no this list is very biased, never heard the 2nd one before
From a quick amount of searching, it seems they used the view count of the TH-cam video with the most views, excluding ones that are most certainly not the original
I am definitely noticing some inconsistencies, as Moonlight Sonata has over 200m views
Nessun dorma would have to be the most famous tenor aria of all time. If you heard someone singing it you probably have recognised it instantly.
these are actually fire
