If I am working in 2nd company and now planning to switch 3rd company then is it important to mentioned 1st company experience as well.
If it is important then when we should speak about that.

Talk about the total number of years of your experience and skills learnt during previous jobs that match this one. No need to talk about both experiences. Just talk about the previous job. Only talk about it if the interviewer asks u. They don’t normally talk about it.
