Yes Chris O’Dowd was in Bridesmaids.
The other guys real name is Richard Ayoade. Pronounced: I O WADDY.
I can't wait until you lads watch the episode when they go out to watch a gay musical. It's just fantastic!!!!
"A gay musical, called Gay."
All these years later and that episode in particular makes me laugh so much I nearly throw up 😂😂😂
The BEST episode! 😅
Same, I also look forward to dinner party as taking work friends
I'm hoping that the lads manage to find the episode with April. Transgender content has made it unavailable on TH-cam..
A lot of people miss Roy's t-shirt... RTFM as in "Read the f@cking manual":)
Aha, cheers.
Season 1 is good… Season 2 is off the charts with one of the greatest episodes ever
OMG i can't believe my eyes, you're actually watching IT Crowd🎉 i love this show, i can quote literally everything from that show 😂
Chris Morris- Reynholm is one of the greatest comedy geniuses ever, The Day Today, Jam, Brass Eye, Nathan Barley and Four Lions are just next level!
I still feel depressed when I think of that poor elephant with it’s trunk stuck up it’s own arse.
Nonce Sense
Brass Eye these guys need to watch
@@Dreyno Poor Karla! And those penguins catapulting themselves 🤣
@@sargonsblackgrandfather2072 that’s scientific fact, there’s no actual evidence, but it’s scientific fact!
S02E01 is genuinely one of the greatest 25 minutes of your TV viewing history. Enjoy
Nailed. World class episode.
I dont know, its a bit gay 😂
@@ghostparty2062 😂
Another show that just gets better and better
The IT crowd is a belter of a series, you have a lot more to enjoy. Great characters, brilliant writing and ridiculous scenarios, what more could you want for.
No way! I gave up hope that you’d watch this. You’re gonna love it! 💜
Thanks guys for reacting to this. Lots more laughs to come, if you go down this rabbit hole 😂
Like "Work Outing".
The makers of Father Ted I believe did this show?
The first series was the slowest so it gets so much better
@@sam3vzsw205Yes, it's usually the case with most shows. It takes time to nail the characters and the writing/rhythm of the show.
Outing to The Musical is the Greatest Comedy TV episodes in History!!! I was pissing myself laughing watching it! Absolute Genius! Im defo gonna eatch these two watching that Episode! I.T Crowd is one of best UK Comedy TV shows ever!😂😂😂
"Dungeons and Dragons nerds" "The unicorn that mixes both" Did I hear that correctly LMFAO?
literally the best show, and is actual homework for new starters in my IT dept ;-)
the one show i’ve always wanted you to do !!!
This just gets so much better. Filmed in front of a live audience and written by Graham Linehan of Father Ted fame.
So much coming to you - I have never not laughed out loud to this show
Oh, you gonna love this one, please think of doing Black Books next!
I can't wait for "legs disabled" toilet moment!! My husband 's and my favourite moment out of many fav moments lol
Dudes, your going to love this show, one of my all time faves
"Chairman Wow!" I forgot that line, and God damn me if i didn't nearly spit take. 😂😂
Lol if you like Reynholm you’re gonna love Douglas when he shows up! 😂
I can't wait for them to see when they swap
FATHAAAAAAAAAAAR!
IT Crowd outtakes are hilarious, too!
Forgotten that in the very first episode he's wearing his Read The F***ing Manual (RTFM) t-shirt. You will love this show, it only gets better later on...
One of my favourite uk sitcoms and I get to watch it all again with both of you 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love that you are watching this, I haven't watched it for years, but it is as funny as I remember.
Best British comedy show of the 2000s imo.
My favourite show growing up. Thank you for reacting to it, real nice surprise.
Chris O’Donnell was the policeman in bridesmaids yes. This was the show that made him and Richard Ayoade big in the UK
This is my all time favourite comedy..............I.T Information Technology
BEST SHOW EVER. You'll love it. And he was the officer in bridesmaids
The building they show as the offices is on Thomas Moore Square just to the east of the Tower of London and St Katherine Docks (I know this as I worked in ST K docks at one point and there was an Asda supermarket there I used to get lunch from sometimes)
THE EVOLUTION OF TECHNOLOGY HASXBEEN SO FAST BETWEEN WINDOWS 95 AND TODAY!!😅😂
Absolutely brilliant series… Possibly one of the funniest things ever on UKTV
Good series. It was originally meant to be called the eye tee crowd according to the writers, but some called it the it crowd anyway.
The boss Reynholm is played by Chris Morris, whose series Brass Eye and The Day Today are works of utter genius themselves.
I was really impressed with Chris Morris when I found out he helped write and direct Four Lions. His humour and story telling is real nitty and gritty, he somehow finds a way of bringing both sorrow and joy together in a single scene. Which I find fascinating and inspiring
@@oe4927 Heh, forgot about Four Lions!
His humour isn't for everyone. I find juxtaposition hilarious, but some get confused at what I'm laughing at. It's not the subject that's funny, quite the opposite usually, but the situation.
Excellent. First season its still finding its feet. Genuinely funny show.
Ahh, I see you got the version from Channel 4 with the semi-spoiler insert, it doesn't give away the plot but does spoil the scene somewhat.
A few reactors seem to have this version.
Hopefully you guys enjoy the series as we certainly will watching along. Some of Richard Ayoade's best work [not to downplay his other projects, that I also enjoy]. And yes, that's the guy from 'Bridesmaids'. 😅
nice!!! youre in for a hell of a ride, this shows the next level after Ted!!!
One of my most favourite shows ever! The more you watch the better it gets. Enjoy!
I have used the "could you close the door for me... from the other side" line myself and BOY it feels good to use! (Only used it once at work though... but that was the best :D)
"When Amazon was just books". It's not that old! haha
YES! he was the actor in Bridesmaids! Brilliant! Both!
May I request you add Red Dwarf onto your next poll, if you haven't been completely inundated with requests for it already?
❤Love IT Crowd! Love Moss! Thanks guys!
Oh yes!! Such a good call checking this one out.
This series is very accurate.
- A real ICT guy.
Yes, Chris O'Dowd was in Bridesmaids!
Indeed he was the best thing in that stupid film
Soo glad you are reacting to the IT CROWD.. I carnt wait
So glad you're doing this, guys!!
I am so glad to see you reacting to this. It's one of my favorite series. I think you will enjoy it.
The scene with the A-Team has lived in my head since I first saw this show. The whole thing is pure gold - you're in for such a treat! This series is on par with Father Ted for me - I love it so much 😄so excited to see your reactions to the rest
Yesss the IT crowd is so good. Great choice
This show is pure genius.
You’re going to love them!
What man would watch "Bridesmaids" lads? But I have looked and Chris O'Dowd was in it, yes.
"Chris O'Dowd as Officer Nathan Rhodes"
I’m here for it too. This is such a great show!
It only gets better!
I had to have a laugh, even before you started the video, at the part when Jen pretends she's on the phone and Moss aske her if she wants it plugged in. Classic!
Waited few days so I can watch few at one go 😂 love from Chester 🇬🇧
I’m new to your channel…I’m in the UK and watched all these shows when they were on…and the IT Crowd gets better and better…😂
You guys are on to a great comedy watch with The IT Crowd... it gets better n better. The whole acting cast is perfect 😂
Cant go wrong with this series. gets more hilarious as it goes on
I am so happy you’ve found this 😂 oh so looking forward to your reactions
Yes, Chris O’Dowd was in Bridesmaids
The IT crowd is awesome. It's been years since I watched it. There will be a lot of hilarity to come.
Such a great series, you'll love Reynholms son when he takes over the business 😂 The title is a play on words the it/IT crowd
I was very lucky to be in the audience at Pinewood Studios for several episodes in S2 & can honestly say this series really was fun 👍
spencer... you have to turn something off first before you turn it back on... its off and on again 😂
I was actually working in IT in a big office when this came out. We changed our answer phone to say “Hello IT, is it plugged in? Have you tried turning it off then on again?” Saved about 40% of our time
Yeah, you'll love this.
There's a few episodes where I'm willing to bet that you'll cry, laughing 😄
One of the best sitcoms of the last 20 or so years !
Fantastic programme
Love the IT crowd and looking forward to your reaction to it.
This show isn't very long running, but it is literally so freaking good.
Yes - good spot; Chris O'Dowd was indeed in Bridesmaids!
YESSS NOT CHECK OUT THE CHANNEL IN A MONTH AND COME BACK TO SEE YOU WATCHING MY FAVOURITE SHOW!!
I LOVE AN EXCUSE TO WATCH IT AGAIN! THANK YOUU!!!
Had once heard this was one of Queen Elizabeth II favourite comedy shows.
You would love the Aussie series "Utopia."
This was written by Graham Lineman who also wrote Father Ted ❤
CAN GUARANTEE MATT BERRY WILL BE YOUR FAVE ONCE HE ENTERS THE SERIES. HE MAKES THE SHOW!
Have you seen him in what we do in the shadows 😂😂😂
@@LorraineMartin-mw6uc yes! He's great in every role he has 🤣
Yes Chris O Dowd was the cop in Bridesmaids 😁
I absolutely love this show.
This is going to sound weird but this show has the funniest suicide scene I've ever seen I laugh every time you'll know what I mean if you get there
Even though I wasn't a fan of the show I've tried watching it again on Netflix in the last week. Now that you lads are covering it I might change my mind. Best one for me is when they go to the theatre. Looking forward to your reaction on that one.
Definitely pronounced 'Eye Tea Crowd', but a play on the term 'It' crowd. Because being nerds, they weren't part of the 'It' crowd. Hope that helps.
Fav show lol
This is an amazing series.
I've always pronounced it eye Tee
You have hit the mother lode with this show. Yes, the show keeps going in this vein and you will love it. Fantastic choice!
Keep an eye on the stuff on their shelves , a lot of it was achingly cool back in the day , look up Urban Vinyl , plus lots of other cool things , the Sinclair ZX Spectrum , 48 K one of the first mass market home computers from the 1980s in the UK
Chris O'Dowd was in Bridesmaids, and if you want a really good laugh check out "Chris O'Dowd drunk on The Last Leg"
You you are spot on, technically turning off and on does usually fix a lot of problems, however...
As far as Windows goes, unless you disable 'fast startup' in power settings, Windows 11 (possibly even in earlier OS's) doesn't _actually_ fully shut down when you turn it off and on again. A restart would be better, or like I say disable the 'fast startup'. This was recorded likely before that function though. I have mine disabled... tbh I don't think the 'fast startup' is even all that faster!
One of the best series made in the past 2 decades, and incredibly the series just keeps getting better the further you get in it. Hope you guys liked it, now off to watch your reaction...
Working for a big media company calling IT the first thing they always say, and it’s not even a joke, I’d have you tried turning it off and on again? I always reply, “no I never thought of that! What an ingenious idea! I mean I’d have to be a complete moron not to try that first before calling you wouldn’t I?”
My top 3 British comedies...number 2 'The IT Crowd', joint number 1 'Only fools and horses and Still Game...like Still Game and Only Fools The IT Crowd gets better and better and you're gonna love it. Moss is by far my favourite character.
Chris O'Dowd (the Irish guy) was in bridesmaids but he was also in a couple of the Thor movies and a little known but brilliant movie called 'Frequently asked questions about time travel'.
I work in IT. This isn't a comedy at all. It's a documentary. 🙂
Yes mate 🎉
Sweet!
Wow, look at you guys with 12k views, wow, what a joy to see, bless you two, you're both pretty special lads 😄😀 well done guys, seriously well done 🎊🏆🥇🎊.
It's about goddam time.
Oh guys,
You’re in for a treat with is one.
Let me tell you that !
