LG Led 55LE5400 stuck on start screen

Update 2: so as I stated in my original post did not know why or how long this would work. After my initial try the tv worked for 3-4 months. Did again and the results were short lived. Maybe 2-3 more weeks. Replaced TV .
Update: 10 weeks later and still working. Hung usb powered fan on back of tv. I bought 2 speed and run on low so can't hear it run. So far so good.
Don't know why it works or how long it will last, but heating board did work. Did not put in oven but used heat gun. Discuss heat sink tape which I didn't see in other videos.

I ordered a new motherboard. That's what I found to work looking online. Waiting for it in the mail
