I feel the builder's quality in Vancouver is higher compared that of in Toronto for the same price-location; size maybe a bit smaller though..assuming 1300sqft for all three floor so about 500-600sqft main floor (say 12ft x 50ft)?
as a townhouse, it is too small, and each floor seems not well arranged, it is not a good design, due to the limited lot ! if the lot is not big enough , an apartment building may be more reasonable !
