今回は、ビーズステッチにおける「ロシアンスパイラル」という技法を用いたブレスレットの作り方をご紹介しています。
ロシアンスパイラルでは、使用するビーズ全体が円を描いて、中は空洞の筒／ホースのような形状になります。編みはじめに拾うビーズをずらすので、その後のビーズの円がずれていき、全体的に螺旋（スパイラル）のような美しい模様が出来上がります。
今回は、一分竹（３mm）ビーズ、丸小ビーズ、特小ビーズを組み合わせて使用しました。
一粒一粒が小さいため、細かく綺麗な模様になります。
二分竹（６mm）ビーズでも、また少し変化した美しい模様を作ることができます 。
色の組み合わせによっても様々な表情がお楽しみいただけます。

In this video we are going to make a pretty Russian Spiral beads bracelet using 3mm bugle beads, 11/0 beads and 15/0 beads.
In the Russian Spiral technique you can enjoy the hose form of beads, making beautiful spiral patterns together.
This time I used 3mm bugle beads, you can also enjoy this technique, for example, with 6mm bugle beads combined with 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads, , 8/0 seed beads with 11/0 seed beads or pearl beads with seed beads of your size choice. I hope you enjoy the video and have a happy beading time! 💐
