Lupini not a bad deal for $350 and you have 7 Eleven downstairs. Rhythm $600 not bad at all for the great location and a private bedroom with great amenities. Is there any chance you can show places that we can rent for 2 to 3 weeks at a time ?
Thanks for another great video. I enjoy the fact you show the local area around the condos. Any chance of showing larger unit, say 2 beds and 2 baths? Thanks
Thanks for the condo tour. I've been to Bangkok about 4 times and tried a variety of condos that I mainly rented via AirBnB -- but I hope my next trip will allow me to stay for a year (retirement visa) and so I hope to rent from an owner or their agent and bypass AirBnB. I'm also looking for a slightly larger condo such as the 40-50 square meter size and I realize those will be more expensive. One thing I really like that I've only found in one condo so far is a separate bathtub and shower (I don't like the shower in the tub because then you always have to climb over the tub to shower, but it is nice to have a tub for an occasional soak). The Tidy Thonglor in the heart of Thonglor has bathrooms like this (separate tub & shower), the only problem with that building is that it is older and doesn't have a nice pool -- it is rather small and on the roof and not very nice (nice location though). So far the best pools I've had in Condos are at the Abstracts Phahonyothin Park (two pools and upper is great for laps with a fantastic view) but it was too far from the BTS for my taste, and the Tempo Grand Wutthakat with a great huge pool for laps and just relaxing -- the condo is very close to the BTS -- but the units are a bit smaller than I prefer though the building is nice with 7-11 inside and one outside and a great street food court next to the BTS station. I'd love to see you do some videos of Condos in the size range 40-50 square meters in the price range of 15,000 - 30,000 Baht that might be a bit more upscale than what you showed today with a great pool for laps, good views, a balcony, and both a tub and shower but not combined!
Hi Octavius, if you are planning to move to Bangkok, feel free to send me an email: contactjulianglasser@gmail.com I can help you find a condo to rent for a year
Aloha, Julian! Thanks for making this comparison video. I’d probably prefer the last condo... nicer amenities and better room I think. I like it’s walking distance to the Chong Nonsi BTS, so it’s a good area. Not sure what else was in the neighborhood though.
Nice job Julian! I’m ready to see some more higher end properties. How much deposit is needed on these properties? What documents would an American need to produce if interested?
Check out some of my older videos, there are more higher end condos too. Move in cost is 3 months rent = first month rent 2 months rent is security deposit, passport can be used to apply
The 1st was my fave, altho small. It seemed cleaner and better maintained then the others. If you could include info like electric costs. Also if there are lockboxes in the bedrooms ( usually a feature of low end rentals in the inner city) Contact info
Julian explore more hotels from cheap to expensive in Bangkok.. Noticed you in Reels v log Food and back two buffaloes..pls let us know more about hotels and it’s locations
Hey Julian, love your condo tour videos. I'm very sensitive to noise from neighbors - in the future, please cover noise level from neighbor above (footsteps), next door (how thin or thick are the walls) and noise level through the front door when people walk around in the hallway. Thanks much ...
Julian. Maaate. 😁 I'm just some random old guy, but.... Actually, you say, 'actually' like, way too much. It's actually becoming actually disgracting, actually. Trying to be helpfull. Great channel Mate!

I know of some month to month apartments/hotels but not sure about places that do week rates
I like how when you look at subpar condos you still find a way to give a glowing review.
I liked the last one the most! I would love to see more luxurious condos! 1000-2000USD would be amazing! Keep up the good work!
Cool cool 😎🙌
I would go with the last condo. Space. Amenities! Price!
Thanks for the tour! I don’t need much storage, just my stuff I travel with! A good bed, big tv, and enough space to cook !
Very cool 😎
Yessss so Nice!!! Cant want to come back to BKK soon! Thanks for sharing this video as requested 🙏🏻
Glad you liked the video :]
JG. Another great VLOG. I really enjoy the condo reviews.
Thanks Michael, nice to see your comment 😎🙌
I liked the last condo best. Cool vibe
Very cool 😎🙌
Another great video keep it up. I like the layout of the second condo the best.
Glad you like them! :]
The last one was the best by far. The middle two I didn’t like the bathtub shower combo.
Interesting 🤔
Would be nice to do a tour of some of the new projects like park origin that place looks awesome
Depends on the management team there
@@JULIANKGLASSER thx would be great to see that project they have 3 buildings there and looks amazing.
Will see, its a lot easier to make videos of inventory in my company
The last one was very good, good location, relatively big and cheap.
Cool thanks for sharing your thoughts Niko 😎🙌
Thank you my friend. This is helpful info
😎🙌

I have made some videos in the past of 2 bedroom units, just depends on what's in the inventory that I'm able to make video
Keep up the great information!
😎🙌

Sounds like a good plan
Hi Julian , hope you able to do a video for pet friendly condos apartments houses rental ?
I know of some pet friendly condos in Bangkok, not many but there are a few
Aloha, Julian! Thanks for making this comparison video. I’d probably prefer the last condo... nicer amenities and better room I think. I like it’s walking distance to the Chong Nonsi BTS, so it’s a good area. Not sure what else was in the neighborhood though.
Interesting 🤔 💭
Why do they all have only electric stoves? Are there no gas stoves, say with piped gas in these condos? Thanks.
Great video! The last apartment is for me! :)
Cool, thanks for sharing Luiz, the pool there was awesome! :]
How much to move in ? three months ?
How long is the minimum rental period ?
What documentation is needed for a farang to rent ?
3 months rent is move in costs, 6 month to 1 year lease is desirable, and passport is fine
condo 3 and 4, isn't that next to where the Dutch embassy is located ?
Maybe 15 minutes away I think
Can you do some higher end stuff? Like 2k -3k USD p/month?
I did make a video in that price range, check out some of my older videos
Very good video!
Thanks 😎🙌

@@JULIANKGLASSER I am sorry. I meant contact info for the condotel so we can contact them about properties we are interested in.

@@JULIANKGLASSER okay
Last one was the best but decor was not my cup of tea.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts Rudy
Do you have recommendations 2 bedrooms condo that I can rent for a month at the end of this year ?
I LIKE THE RHYTHM BUILDING , DO THEY HAVE TWO BEDROOM CONDO AND HOW MUCH .. THANK YOU
2 bedrooms here are about 30,000 baht

Not sure if possible through video
Just in general - how thick are the walls & floors typically?
Depends on the condo complex, most are pretty good but really have to see unit in person to know for sure
Julian, are the prices lower now due to pandemic?
Yes prices may go up in future
great video! one question: what's included in the price? electricity? hot water? anything else?
Just the room, electricity and water have to pay separate
Wow, a lot of fantastic choices !
Thanks! 😊
It would be helpful to know deposits and square meters.
Deposits are first month rent, and 2 months rent for security deposit. So 3 months rent total to move in
This guy really loves storage space
Sorry buddy not a fan of any of these but if I had to pick one of course it’s the most expensive one.
Does the gym and pool have fees?
If you’re renting usually no, if you are buying than you have to pay association fees
Hey Julian, need to ask you if the U S embassy has a plan to give vivid 19 vaccine to its citizens? You hear anything? Ty
I have no idea on that topic
@@JULIANKGLASSER But you heard anything? Have you got it already?ty
I had a client recently that came to Thailand, they got the vaccine but don’t think it was requirement
you say "Storage" 67 times! haha LOL
Wow amazing 😎🙌
Looking very nice.
Thanks
@@JULIANKGLASSER You are welcome. Continued success.
Lets see whats up
:]
nice video of condos BUT too many dam commercials. I thought I was watching some 2am bs channel with all the advertisement for bogus stuff.
TH-cam Premium don't have to watch commercials
