The medical grade blood pressure monitor makes sense as getting a doctors appointment for a quick check up is now almost impossible for most people

Forget the Fitbit. It just makes you look and be conscious all the time and that's not what you need. If you're working out and want a rough guide fine but dont rely on them for precision. Way to many variables for them to be medical grade, if you have a health issue where you need something get a proper bit of kit and not a watch please. The other side to these tells you when you're stressed, when you're the type of person who stresses so you buy one it makes them even more stressed and worried about it cause they only foucs on that. This is IMO and I would never recommend a Fitbit, we sell them and asked to up them to people but in no way shall I. As a watch fine but as for the heart rate monitor and blood pressure and blood oxygen. No.
