Why sometimes in heat after forward 2,1,2 facing forward and I don’t have time to get the armor move and sometimes yes

This works for me. You have to hold up, back while pressing the last 2 to stay facing forward. Then you’d be able to do the power crush after that.

Hold forward to stay forward facing. If you wanna recover in RDS, don't hold any directional input.
