It's oddly satisfying moving dirt. In this installment, I test out my new 6 foot J BAR Land Plane and use my 5 foot Mahindra landscape rake to level out the back yard. After eleven loads of dirt, and several months of waiting for things to dry out, the back yard is finally coming together. Is side work in the future helping neighbors and friends?
This video is NOT Sponsored, however I am very impressed with the value of the J Bar six foot land plane. I originally wanted a 5' land plane, but these things sell out fast because of the exceptional low price. It's almost too much for my tractor and weighing in at 525lbs or more, this is a serious attachment for dirt work, gravel work, driveways, and leveling surfaces in general. I picked mine up for about $900 out the door, which is an awesome deal for a land plane. The Best Part is, JBAR is made in America. If you're looking to buy American, I don't think you can go wrong with a J Bar implement. They may have a few cosmetic QA/QC issues such as the one's highlighted in my video, but they are made of high quality materials at a fraction of what you would pay at the tractor big box stores!
