So sophisticate. Everything is automated. Ink wash, blanket wash. Plate wash. Even auto plate setter. Even for quality inspection is done by accessory machine. No wonder the print quality is top notch. No chances of ink contamination like 1 colour press where you need to wash the ink. Every wash you need to make sure the ink is fully washed. Not to mention we had to clean the wetting roller where usually a fabric is used.
Traditional machine use blade cleaner. I always wonder how 4 colour press wash the ink. My guess is still the same.
