Vijay salaskar was the officer who tackled Arun Gowli the notorious gangester of Mumbai. So, he was famous at that time also.but ya i agree Vijay Salaskar was not that much famous as compared to Daya Nayak. Dayanayak was the most famous among all but others were also prominent.

Der aayi durust aayi. He was a criminal in uniform. Took supari from business partner of Lakhan Bhaiya and bumped him as per witness. It seems he was brought from navi mumbai to andheri because navi mumbai was not his jurisdiction or else shooting him there would have been illegal. Then he was even made to speak with the business partner who taunted him that "look what I can do". Then Sharma and his team shot him in point blank range in andheri park. Even one of the witness was killed. They got so much confidence that Sachin Vaze asked them to eliminate Mansukh Hiren as Hiren knew of Sachin's plan to plant a fake bomb near Antillia and he had become a threat. On Sharma's instruction team Mane, Jadhav etc eliminated Mansukh Hiren. They got caught because Hiren had mentioned all this to his wife and brother. 3rd grade criminals of the Police force.

God bless to all our Indian police and make people safe from thieves and bad people we love our police thank you.
Our police is good but politicians screw up their lives by treating them as their personal servants.Police hardly get a decent salary, they work round the clock even during festivals and have to use ammunition which is out dated. Obviously there will be a decline in the quality of work because there is so much pressure on them from everywhere. It's really sad that politicians first use courageous police officers like Daya Nayak and then discard them like a bad habit by falsely implicating them in cases.
Motor Neel your idea is incorrect. It’s the IPS officer who ruins the lives of courageous police men belonging to lower ranks. They are always envious of inspectors like Pradip and sub inspectors like Daya.
Pradeep Sharma is so down to earth. He looks and sounds so humble.

To actually be the soldier on the battlefield front lines of crime at the risk of their lives, these officers changed a metropolis and the lives of many. 400 dead criminals is a lot. I just finished reading this book 2 days ago and found it very thrilling. This series looks more like typical bollywood MASALA . If you want to know real history with no nonsense I would suggest you to read book .
