I’m from Japan and didn’t like to see Japan being struggled by his tackles during the match at World Cup. However, I’m a huge fan of him now, just can’t get my eyes off of him. He is definitely the one of the best players in the world.

@Ian Ronde Yea thats exactly why everyone looks down on football/soccer.. Because they can't play the game fair and will just try to cheat their way to victory every chance they get. It's so silly when they barely get tackled and fall down screaming just to get a penalty shot or something. Of course it gives them an advantage but did they sell their pride when they wrote the contract? In MMA you see guys getting eye poked and illegal knees and what not, everywhere. They don't drop down and start screaming to give themselves an advantage. They keep going despite knowing their opponent is blatantly cheating.

Great player. Sale have made another excellent signing in Lood de Jager. I think he's going to do big things for the club - a truly modern second row (mobile, good hands, smart awareness) with a huge work rate.
As an aside, I wonder if English viewers appreciate how much effort Afrikaans players put into interviewing in another language. Very few South African rugby players are first language English.

best scrum half in the world imo, better than Murray for sure now, hell I even think Care or Youngs are better than Murray now, Murray gives slow ball and hasn't got pace, now Ireland have been found out a bit, he's been nullified. To be fair he has struggled with injury, but my opinion on him has changed.

English is part of the 11 official languages of SA. And kids learn English in school
