Returning to say, thank you for showing that the "groove" piece is for the embossing. Presumably, I would've figured it out, but the packaging doesn't tell you anything and none of the other designers actually demonstrated it. So, thank you, you rock, as always.

Awesome card! Remember the 45s. My player had a middle adapter that popped up. Now albums are coming back…sure wish I had kept my collection. Trouble was we couldn’t get a player after ours broke.

("Look, it's like you're looking at a record inside a record.") You crack me up!
I always keep in mind that if someone who is brand new to card making watching, I want to present an accurate picture, meaning, if I just start stamping and it looks great, and I don't explain the prime, if they get a new stamp set, they will be like, "Wait, it's all bubbly on the surface and is stamping poorly!" : ) So… that's why I keep it in!
I got a Misti recently and cannot for the life of me get a clean stamp. It is frustrating because I see others use it beautifully. My paper lifts and moves even with the strong magnet and I can never seem to get the ink to evenly transfer to the paper. I guess it takes practice?
Yes I still have some vinyl as well! Neat card and loved the color combo. Question: your voice went lower about halfway through. Did you change microphone? I am hearing impaired so I had to increase sound to highest setting. Just letting you know. ☺️
That’s just cuter than a bug in a rug. You rocked it out of the park! You just need Olivia Newton John in a pink poodle skirt or maybe in black vinyl, sitting on top of the record. LOL. I love fun stuff. You looked like you were having a blast doing this one.
I had to have this release as my father and grandfather owned record stores in the LA area and I worked there on weekends and I had an amazing vinyl collection I love TH-cam music, just ask google to play a song and it will play more songs they think you will like❤

Speaking of records & turntables, did you chip your new rotating design board? 😂 I never had a lot of records, but I did hang onto a 3 or 4 record set of the entire Handel’s Messiah for decades beyond owning a record player! 😂 It was one of my first gifts from my boyfriend turned hubby! 😊 Thanks for sharing! 😊❤

Super cute Cathy! For your first try, you could have just removed the stamp from the Misti, flipped it 180, then lined it up with your stamped image and did your second layer :) but it turned out great, however you got there hehe!

Hmmm. Well, it might take some practice, yes! Have you been priming your stamps? They come with a coating from the manufacturing process. Let me know.
