A lovely uplifting card! We definitely need more realistic sentiments for those with serious illnesses & for those who are caretakers of someone with a serious illness. Many of those with serious illnesses are not going to get better...so hard to know what to say, besides "thinking of you". On the caretaker side, this is the hardest job of all and they do tend to get forgotten. These are the people who really need a "take care of you", "be kind to yourself", etc. type of card. These are always such hard cards to do...but greatly appreciated!

Love the card and all those sayings are just perfect. For vellum, you might try using double sided tape or sheets THEN cut the sentiments. It fills the whole back and won’t show. I also use my xyron for this. Another trick is to make stamp the sentiment on a strip of vellum and tuck the ends on the back of the panel. I love the look of embossed sentiments on vellum.
