This was probably one of the harder projects and an original composition. The vocals are from one of Tricky's livestreams making a feedback loop with OBS (?). Tricky being an agent of chaos, the vocals didn't really have a set cadence. So in essence, I was trying to pull patterns out of chaos. I recently learned sidechaining and applied it to the vocals to create a pulsing pattern, a play on a heartbeat or beating of wings. The rest of sound design was to make it sound ethereal and arcane.
