Пять ванных?! Вот это роскошь! Сама всегда пихаю их по нескольку штук на каждый этаж, всегда не хватает.
Гостевая комната - просто отличная идея. И дворецкого можно поселить, и выросшего ребенка который хочет жить отдельно, но денюжек не хватает.
У меня уже традиция похоже выбирать себе комнату в симс домах.

I love that you put functional furniture in your houses, making them both good to look and useful. One of the limit of the sims is that building can bore because the furniture is always the same (not considering stuffs or CC). Really great job, you’re so talented! 🥰😍

Just for information... the word "functionally" is being used incorrectly. I believe what you are trying to say is "functioning", which means "working". 'Functionally' is an adverb which means "of or relating to a function or functions" so it always has a descriptive following it, such as inept or extinct or illiterate or similar... things like that.

- how did you make the fireplace? I see the stones but what is the fire exactly? Debug?

Очередной шедевр! Сколько труда и души вложено. Ох уж эта самодельная мебель ^^ ,я просто в восторге,такое увидеть в базовой игре просто мечта! Ваши работы как всегда наполнены всякой мелочью,ни один уголок лота не обделён вниманием. Детские-это отдельный разговор,все так красочно и в тему,функционально. Как раз искала современный дом где не одна,а много детских,так как у моей симс семейки растут тройняшки) P.S : иногда возникают проблемы с тем ,чтоб добраться до компа на ваших лотах,он работает-но симы действие сбрасывают (сначала нужно сесть на стул,а потом работать на компьютере((( не знаю с чем это связано)

Даа, с этими компьютерами действительно есть такая проблема( Я раньше была уверена,что это из-за того, что я стол уменьшаю и симы с ним начинают некорректно взаимодействовать. Но недавно такая беда с компьютером произошла за обычным столом, а не за моим "самодельным", так что теперь даже не знаю, что и думать, может в самой игре появился новый баг.
Но теперь хоть симы меньше времени за компьютером проводят😄
У меня тоже бывает такой баг, что симам сначала нужно дать действие сесть на стул, а потом уже работать на нем. Надеюсь, скоро это исправят🤞🏻

omg this is so cool! We have almost the same house in real life, but whit a bambus as our 'fences' cuz it gaves us privacy :D And we don't have 3 bathrooms (we have 2) and 3 bedrooms but we are turning one into an office bc i have a sister,mother,father and me so everyone pretty much has our own office. It was worth not going to china for 3 years.

@@heynow33 Go to the Gallery when you get to the lot you want to place the build on. (Make sure you type in the cheats before you download it though, bc I believe they use moveobjects & a few others. Setting the cheats before you download will keep everything in place.) Then go to the search bar. Change the button on the search bar to “ID” I believe? Then type in SIMSTOPIA. All the beautiful things should show up, then you can find this build. ♥️ I hope you find it!

I love a house with two different stairs, especially in a big house it can come in handy, but now it's just inconvenient for the parents or the children....the parents now have to go down their own stairs, walk across the ground floor, and then go back up via the other stairs again to the first floor to the children....
