Gaia embracing her new children, humans, and telling them that they are beautiful and not to let anyone tell them otherwise is so powerful and is something that resonates strongly to this day, especially in this era of showing people unattainable beauty standards and constantly bullying and criticizing what other people look like.
I'd love a part 4 explaining the titan war with the gods and then maybe even a part 5 breaking down the myth of human origin ( I love how you mentioned how humans were created! I tell this story often to friends who have a broken heart.)
Oh my, I didn't knew that it was Gaia who made the humans in the Golden Age of Man. Gaia was indeed a wonderful goddess. Sadly, we are now in the iron age where people are becoming less virtuous and pious 😢

Very interesting to listen to your dramatic background story about Cronos being haunted by his father's curse. Some nice writing there! Maybe you could add the written names of the gods you introduce to their images, sometimes its hard to think of the right spelling for the Greek words.
I just found this channel recently and I gotta say, I really enjoy it. Also, if you get a chance, I think you should try doing a chronological order of Egyptian myths. I want to see which version of those myths you would use.
I simply love all mythologies but greek myths are my favourite for sure. I would like you to do a video on Phorcys (god of sea dangers) and Ceto (goddess of sea monsters).
So, the myth is that Charybdis was a child of Poseidon and Gaea, and that she originally was a maiden, but flooded the earth when her father was quarreling with Zeus, resulted in Zeus turning her into a monster that swallowed water and made whirlpools. Scylla, on the other hand, was a river nymph who fell in love with a fisherman turned god, Glaucus, but that Circe, who was also in love with Glaucus, poisoned her river and she was turned into a six-headed, man eating monster.
There's actually no official written source the has Elpis as the daughter of Nyx. But don't worry I'll add her to the story when we get closer to Prometheus creating his versions of humans.
material gods who could not control each other let alone themselves! Material attributes still seen glorious in the material leaders of this age. Following the leader is no different than taking the bait just one more step in determining the final outcome of your own material existence based upon your own choices as not defined by others merely like yourself. The import of voice just a distraction from the more important foundation of "choice" Choice can be made without saying a single word. Or for that matter listening to material versus.

I love how this is narrated and how you formulated your own story from it.

Please continue making these series 🙏🏻
I will do so!
I would love to see more of this “timeline?”
Its great to learn about these stories
Sure thing this series is one of my favorites to do!
the golden age of man … 1000 year lifespan
ya our culture recognizes that as part of the Mother of Monsters force of nature known as the Abyss (or Caligo)
the slower your metabolism the longer you live up to 1000 yrs
the Greek mythos identified a part of her in the Mother of all Monsters
that’s the story writing part ✍🏻
matrilineal lines is another part
also things tend to grow big to optimize metabolism per unit volume the rate of which is proportional to the heat transfer
life started at the bottom of the ocean too so she’s our Mother deity
we are a bunch of demon lovers in our culture 🎰
cheers

helping us become self aware of our pain so we can grieve it

Thanks! Yea that's a great idea. I'll have to do it for Part 4
Awesome video. A list of Greek God names matched with corresponding Roman names would be helpful to me.
Noted!
It's great to know mythology in chronological order because many videos give stories but not in chronological order
Great channel!!! Super narrator!
Thank you kindly!

Thanks glad you enjoyed! Yea we'd probably go the Heliopolitan route and focus on the Enneads since they're the most popular
You're a good story teller.
Thank you!
I look forward to the next one
It'll be a good one!
10:10 classic greek mother, always asking for grandchildren
Actually, the main myth is that Prometheus created humans out of clay, but Gaia making human does sound more believable.
Don't worry Prometheus's humans will come in the future.
Chronos sure sounded like a bad guy and son.
Indeed!
I simply love all mythologies but greek myths are my favourite for sure. I would like you to do a video on Phorcys (god of sea dangers) and Ceto (goddess of sea monsters).
I'll put them on the list
Awesome video! I would like to know the myth of Charybdis and Scylla.
Sure I'll put it on the list!

I think I'm late for the give away 😢
Great Videos bro
Appreciate it!
Love your videos!
Glad you like them!
Darn haha, I didn’t know humanity came before the time of Zeus
Yea there's mentions of them during Cronus's rule. We'll get to the ones Prometheus makes later on
I hope I win the book!
