    Photos in a contract are only valid in court of law if a legal office (Notário) aproves them and writes a specific amendment, otherwise they are worth ze🎉ro in a contract

    Hello! we're looking for an apartment in Porto and our budget is ~600-800 Euros/month. Is it reasonable to contact you or not? Because I see on your website that the Service Fee: 1 month rent (minimum + €2,000) does that means that your apartment price range from 2000? Thank you very much for your reply. 😊

    It’s a catch 22, go to Spain instead
