  • I took a 5 day trip to the South West of the Wollomi National Park, with some family and a mate. This video is about one of the day trips we took to check out the Capertee National Park, a quick squiz at Dunns Swamp campground near Ryleston and some drone footage over the Ruins of an old Shale Oil facility at Glen Davis.

Thanks pal. Although very simple shots, the drones just add an extra way to show views and landscapes that otherwise would be impossible to describe to a person.

I will be going back sometime. Plenty of places to check out. And now you live out Denman way, its not that far for you!

@@scottroygbiv I've started planning a trip. I can leave Denman head south through Martindale and the Wollemi NP and exit near Rylstone at Ganguddy - Dunes Swamp Campgrounds. It's 3 hours and would make a great stop over point before heading to the Lithgow or Turon areas

Are you referring to the Hunter Main Trail? Not sure you can do that all the way through, defo worth checking that information out with NPWS. But be a good drive I reckon if you can.
