- Despite not clicking on all cylinders, the Kansas City Chiefs held off the New York Giants to win 20-17 on Monday Night Football to improve to 4-4 on the year. Patrick Mahomes still does not look quite right, going from Top 3 in QBR every season since winning the MVP in 2018 to now ranking 12th in the league following a QBR of 7 and 19 the past two games. After the game, Mahomes said quote: 'I think we're going to snap out of it and find a way to start executing and when we do, we will be a tough offense to stop.' What three dropped interceptions? I saw one where a Giants defender got one hand on it that was a dangerous throw, other than that I didn’t see a single dropped interception. The other interception that he threw was because a defender jumped offsides and Mahomes saw the flag and knew he had a free play so he just threw it up

Watch the Brady interview with Romo, he will tell you how much the game is about patience and durability, in the "the dam broke" quote. Keep the energy with Mahomes that you do with Brady, Shannon. Dudes a TO machine, had the most dropped INTs last year, and has been an offensive liability. He’s not a top 10 QB this year regardless of that defense.
An overwhelming majority of his interceptions were from tipped passes, bounced off receivers chest, or hitting off dudes helmets. Mahomes hands are tied he is dealing with what Andy Reid game plans for which is not adjusting to the defenses presented to them. Mahomes is in a lose/lose situation with this roster. His greatness has been hiding how pathetic there defensive coordinator and run game has been the past 3 years.

Coming from me a cowboys fan, Patrick Mahomes has become a young heartthrob for the NFL which is rare since no one since maybe Deion Sanders was like that but he’s definitely different.
