I bought a module from lichtex.de, but the module had no coding. I took it to the BMW dealership, and they said they couldn't code it. What software/hardware do I need to code it myself?

I replaced my tms for my f10 few months ago , on my hallo headlight , i had all the errors cleared . Now after fee months failed again due moisture ingress . Now i want to ask do i have to program it ?

If the Light is wet then change it then encode that
