I love this channel, and I hope that these upgrade videos were all filmed in a short space of time hence being uploaded in a short space of time. We need a Bananaru-esque 2nd series, or something else meaty to get into like the Astra vs MG vs Ka series. Please and thank you!

Not here to defend one way or another, but I imagine your hitting really close. I bet they recorded the first set almost at the same time. I also wonder if they get paid by the YT's to do this? At the very least the track was free, the cars they already had/ subscriber cars, probably recorded and produced relatively quickly as this would probably be one day of filming. Do you also think cost could have gone into this as well?

Agreed. I’ve continuously come back to their channel just hoping I missed a new upload. Not sure what happened but it’s very sad. This was one of my favourite YT car channels. Just the edge over throttle house
Devastated. Binge watched everything just before they seemed to stop. These guys were the first genuine "next generation" of auto content!
@@Jonesy95A Yeah, once I found out that they pushed out Will, I was gutted. He might've been the last to join but he carried mad personality the other two could riff off. If I wanted just a great driver, I've got Chris Harris for that, even his personality is excellent, but the real win was the combination of personalities that made you feel like you were continuously apart of "the inside joke".
Thats what we want as viewers, to be apart of our friends, doing great shit, for a thing we like. The content creators play the role as the friend group through a parasocial, entertainment value.
Having someone like Will, took the genre we liked (what they were producing), and made us feel included as the friend with the warmth and repoir he brought to the camera.
Theres plenty of car channels to follow as things move on. But the only of the three I care to follow is Will.
Maybe Calum can take this as some insight for his YT mentoring career.

Honestly, I was shocked to see THE "Max Verstappen" when I turned up for this challenge in the 488. He was cool as a cucumber and went for it lap after lap. Really impressive day out guys. Looking forward to the next one 😊👍

its always amusing when one of the middle cars ands up being faster than some of the later ones
I'm guessing it's all gone quiet because of the F1 car in in the tunnel on the other channel. But it would have been nice to have an update. Rather than being left in the dark.

@@chefinavan1 The channel is called Driver61. They are taking a modified F1 car and drive it upsidedown in a tunnel. To see if it produces enough downforce for it to stick to the roof of the tunnel. It's costing millions. Check it out. They've been making videos on it for months now. Ever since this channel went silent.
@@chefinavan1 Scott's original channel Driver61. He's going to attempt to drive an F1 Car upside down in a tunnel, but it takes a lot of planning, resources and money.. So it might be taking away from this channel. But content is coming back soon.

Come on guys! Please don’t give up on this channel! It was soooooo good! We all miss you! We just all got tired of the same copy paste videos. Make some original content again with a build series or a road trip series in cheap cars and we will all come back! You’ve lost no subscribers because we all loved your content. We just got tired of the same slow person drives increasingly fast cars thing. Now I see the main driver61 channel is trying the same recipe as this and that is just sad.

I think if I could pick any of that lineup to drive i'd pick the Ginetta over any of them. Impressive it was only a couple of seconds off the Ferrari in the final times.
