First house asking for a mill $ with cheap carpet and tiny washroom is crazy, and what’s with all the weird non functional ledges

Favorite was the first home, crazy that a basic home is now 1 million dollars
Problems with new FL homes are the extremely high RE tax, home insurance (if you can get one), HOA fees, maintenance costs, and I am not including mortgage that is above 7% and going up.
It's all subjective. I still have clients moving here from other states and countries and it's cheaper for them.
It's almost impossible to get home owners insurance in Florida now

Meh! I've been looking at your video showings. I like your approach. I don't know how much influence you have the listing agents or the sellers. Someone needs to tell them 2022 is long gone. (Pretty sure, soon, most won't even remember those days, cause it will be so bad.)
For a COOL Mill the days of dirty windows, like the first house, not been power washed, crappy repairs, not happening. These places need to be mint and running a vacuum over the 3 dollar SF carpet doesn't get it. Oh! the word LUXURY does not go with Vinyl flooring. Cheap.
For a million plus dollars I would like custom closets in all bedrooms. Not the Home Depot metal rods.

If a house is on a pond, does that mean flood insurance is required?
The first one had the best lot size. Can’t imagine paying 1+ mil and still having neighbors right on top of you. I guess million dollar homes are gettinnto be the new norm
No flood insurance required on these.

Not impressed by any of these homes. The asking price is ridiculous for all of them. I didn’t see anything that adds up to a million, or 2 million. Everything is cheap looking.
