I know this is an older video, but something I wanna mention to people that may see this. 5:00 There are 2 different offers for crafting items. You can upgrade them 1 at a time through offer #1, or by using offer #2 you can craft the item straight up with some extra resources. So if you end up skipping an armor (its only with armors and bags not guns), you can just use offer 2 to get it later.
However some things you wont be able to, example with the KZS-4 bag, it only offers 1 craft.
this actually helped me out a lot
going to apply them and see how the rest goes regarding the guns, ive been using the standard sawed off and it feels very rough early even though its recommended, going to go with your route

But one huge tip you forgot to mention and I only realized it when I entered the freaking Red forest is that the small number next to the minimap indicates how many players are in the vicinity. Also the *beep* sound you occasionally hear is that number changing, either a new player came to your vicinity or they left.
It took you all the way into Red Forest to finally realize this?

Hold your quick access button which would be your heal key. In inventory hold the key bind and press a number 1-9 to bind the item
