    Applying neatsfoot oil will remove the stain marks

      Yes, in some cases that can be helpful, redistributing the oils towards the surface, leaving a more consistent look to it (hopefully with less stain 😀)

    So how do you prevent that? I have two black leather jackets. One gets wet without issues and the other one looks like a flock of birds used it as a toilet after you splash some water on it, gets completely stained. It drives me crazy.

      That does sound frustrating for sure! It generally comes down to the specific type of leather, and if it has any protective coatings (water resistance, etc.).
      Some are tanned or finished differently than others, so it varies piece by piece. And also why most cleaners/conditioners suggest to test on a small area before using, since leathers are so different. It can definitely be annoying! 😃

    Hello ! I stained my lv keepall under the rain how do you think I can fade the water stains on it ? It’s Vachetta leather and not tanned

      Hello! One option to consider might be cleaning with a gentle cleaner, then conditioning it with a gentle conditioner (both intended for the vachetta leather) might help redistribute the oils a little more evenly, helping reduce the visual impacts from the water stains
