Now she's with a man who doesn't do drugs as far as she knows, but he's cheating on someone else like her ex cheated on her. She says she hates cheaters and got mad when she saw them on TV, but still wind up with one. That's not growth. The reason why she didn't walk away when she found out he had a lady is because it's hard to walk away from a cheater when you're getting all their best while giving them your body. He was married and twice my age. What hurts most is that he made me drop out of church, my behavior could not allow me to not only keep serving in church but also attending to church. Though he made it clear that he would never leave his wife now coz he Is quite old for that, he kept saying that only the kids keep them together. Now their last born is in the university. Every time I would fall, I would later sink into guilt...but the old man was so "lovish"only talking to him would make me to throw out all the care and sin all over again. I kept listening to podcasts like this and reading books that really opened up my eyes. { search RC Blakes videos esp." the tragedy of being a side chick" and there is a very booming book by Maurice Oloo known as "Sexual Error" this book made me cry many times that I haven't even finished reading it} Keep letting urslf to listen to hard truths until u change ur prayer words. It became hard for me to even pray because I used to feel like a traitor, I would promise myself that I was going to cut all ties but as soon as he reaches me out, I wouldn't know what really happens. He made me so weak to my knees. This made me change my prayer words to, "Dear Father, I am weak, I have no strength and courage to even make a concrete decision. Please cause this man to get cruel on me that I cannot stand it anymore". In the book I mentioned above, there is a place it says that it's such a tragedy when God start using the people that were for you to fight you to start fighting against you. This is how my prayer was answered. I will not go into details but trust me, it's not easy. The bond between us was huge and breaking it is not easy but at least I have come into acceptance. To be honest, it's not completely over but now I am openly not a priority to him anymore. I am more of his door mat. It Hurts but to some point I see answered prayers. I'm planning to leave the country soon for greener pastures as well as healing. Word of encouragement: God can move mountains and shake principalities. A good friend of mine has experienced the same thing. She dumped the guy recently. It's hard to make her cut the soul tie as her faith in God is not strong enough and she is really weak and desperate. I keep telling her it's a waste of time, but she's still hoping he might be single someday. Soul ties are really difficult to get rid of for some people. It makes me realise why faith must lead every single action of ours. Faith in God, nothing else! Knowing good from bad and stick to God's word.

This is a test & correction. First God is teaching u not to judge. Second, you need to do what u wish people would do to u.. That is, act with decency. Correct your behavior NOW and walk away without any contact or God will allow things to get much worst.

He can come near to her situation and He is because even though He gave us all a free will, she asked for His help and if she waa sincere, that gave Him access. It's true that she has to do her part. I think sometimes you are too hard on ppl who have the courage to be honest and transpare with you about their sins. The fact that she is aware of her sins and asked God for His help and for yours, shows she isn't comfortabke in her sins and that's a good thing. I pray that God gives her all that she needs to make the hard calls and to do her part to be free and whole in every area of her life. I know He will do His part.
