हम लोग इसे अनारसा बोलते है चावल तीन दिनपाणी मे भीगोके रखते हैपाणी बदलते रहते हे बाध मे चावल सुखा के पिसते हे उसके बाद गुड डालके बनाते है ब्रिस्टी तुमने झटपट बनाया अच्छा लगा अंदर softबाहर से crispy😊 ये जो रेसिपी बनाई मुझे नाम याद नही मगर मम्मी कि याद तो आयेगी वो मम्मी के हात का वह स्वाद उस रेसिपी मे उतर जाता था

We call it kajaya. Honestly, it reminded me of my Mom, Nani, and Dadi. We make it during Deepavali festival. Both my Nani and Dadi were expert cooks. They used to make it in huge quantities and distribute among the relatives, friends and neighbors. When I make it, I will eat all by myself because sometimes it becomes so hard that I have to use stone to break it. So I buy ready made and enjoy eating
